Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We ship all domestic orders via FedEx, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).

• Processing Time:
  • Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Mon–Fri) begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
• Delivery Windows:
  • Ground Shipping: Delivered 7 days a week.
  • 2nd Day Shipping: Delivered Monday–Friday only (no weekend delivery).
  • Next Day Shipping: Orders placed Friday will be delivered on weekends via Overnight Express.

International Shipping

We offer FedEx International Express Shipping to select countries, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
• Duties & Taxes: Calculated and prepaid at checkout

  We currently ship to over 100 countries, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand (16 regions), and many others.

Shipping Protection

We strongly recommend adding Extend Shipping Protection at checkout. It covers your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

• Easy Claims: Extend typically issues a debit card refund for the full item value, including shipping and taxes.
• To File a Claim: Submit a claim here if you purchased Extend.
• Without Protection? You can still report a shipping issue here, and we’ll assist where possible.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• All prices are listed and charged in USD. Final exchange rates are determined by your card issuer.
• Orders are charged in full at checkout.
• Import taxes and duties (where applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

After your order is placed:

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
2. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details.

⚠️ Please note: Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes, including:

• Address updates
• Product substitutions
• Adding/removing items
• Adding gift packaging or shipping protection
