What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! Gift cards are available online at himandher.com or at select U.S. retail stores. Gift cards issued from online returns are valid online only.
How can I use my discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout. Please note: Discounts cannot be applied to sale items, collaborations, or third-party products, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
Shipping and Delivery Faq

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped Monday–Friday via FedEx (excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed before 12 PM EST process the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on holidays process the next business day. Allow 1–2 business days for shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally via FedEx International Express to over 100 countries. Shipping takes 2–5 business days, and duties & taxes are prepaid at checkout.
What if I need a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap for another size or color, return your item and place a new order.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Select gift packaging at checkout for a flat INR 2000 fee. Each order will arrive in our signature packaging (box size limitations apply). Note: Gift packaging is non-refundable and cannot be added or removed after checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • A INR 800 restocking fee applies for online returns (orders after March 25, 2025).
  • Waived for store credit or in-store returns.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
Can I return a gift?
Yes — if it meets our return policy, you may return a gift for store credit. Use the "Gift Return" option in the Return Portal.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds take 7–10 business days to process. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

Shipping Protection and Order Issues

What is Shipping Protection?
We offer optional Extend Shipping Protection at checkout. It covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • If covered, Extend usually issues a debit card for your order value (including shipping and taxes).
  • File a claim here if you purchased protection.
Didn’t buy protection? Report a shipping issue here — we’ll do our best to help.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery to stay eligible for a replacement or refund.
