Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your HIM & HER pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Domestic Returns

Eligibility: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns postmarked after this window will not be accepted.
Refunds: A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on online returns (for orders placed on or after March 25, 2025).
- No restocking fee if you choose store credit or return the item in person at a HIM & HER store.
- Online purchases cannot be returned by mail to stores — in-person returns only.
Gift Returns: We accept gift returns for store credit. Use the “Gift Return” option in our Return Portal.
Eligible Items:
- Full-priced items (unless marked Final Sale) can be returned for a refund or store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
- HIM & HER reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery for refund eligibility.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.

At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Final Sale & Exclusions

Final Sale items are clearly marked on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout.
Sale items, collaborations, and beauty products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not offer price adjustments or refunds for past promotions.
